Fast Napoli Another Way

Garlic, 2 cloves, peeled and sliced in half lenghtways
San Marzano Whole Tomatoes, 1 400g can
Olive oil, 1tbs
Dried sweet basil leaves, 1/2 tsp
Dried chilli, salt, pepper to taste

Simmer the garlic in oil over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes. Do not let the garlic burn.

Remove the garlic and discard.

Add tomatoes and basil leaves. Stir to combine, while breaking up the tomatoes.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper and a tiny pinch of chilli flakes. Stir to combine.

Simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat.
