Dill Dijonaise

1 tbs dill leaves, washed and chopped
Juice of half a lemon
3/4 cup good mayonaise
1/3 cup dijon mustard

Combine all ingredients and mix well to combine.

Don’t overdo the dijon, it becomes overpowering.

Try this with a tiny tiny touch of maple for a different flavour.
