Fast Mushroom Pasta
Brown onion, 1/2, finely diced
Mushrooms, 350g, finely sliced
Butter, 1 tbs
Olive oil, 1 tbs
White wine, 1/4 cup
Dried thyme, 1 pinch
Cream, 2/3 cup
Salt and pepper to taste
Fry onion in butter until soft.
Add mushrooms.
Add thyme and fry for a few minutes.
Add splash of wine, simmer until evaporated. Continue with more splashes of wine until you have used the 1/4 cup.
Add cream, salt and pepper.
Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve with our favourite pasta.
