Fast Vegetarian Meatballs and Tomato Sauce
Find or buy
Onion, 1, diced
Canned tomatoes, 1 x 400g can
Olive oil for cooking
Red wine, a splash
Herb mix, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano

Do
Fry the onion in olive oil for 10 minutes on medium heat. You want the onions to collapse.
Add the wine and stir. Cook until the alcohol has evaporated.
Add the tomatoes and stir to combine.
Add spices, quantities are to taste.
Add 1/2 cup water and stir.
Add meatballs and stir.
Simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.
You may want to add a pinch of sugar to the sauce.
Serve with pasta or on Turkish with cheese and avocado and lettuce.
