Garlic Bread
1 tbs garlic powder
2/3 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/3 tsp Italian seasoning
30g grated parmesan cheese (microplaned is best rather than using a cheese grater).
40 unsalted butter, softened
bread rolls, cut in half. lengthwise
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius (fan-forced).
Combine the garlic powder, parsley flakes, kosher salt, Italian seasoning and grated cheese in a small bowl and stir to combine.
Add the butter to the herb mixture and stir to combine.
Spread the garlic butter on the bread and bake 10-15 minutes, depending on whether you would like soft or crunchy garlic bread.

Lots of onion powder works really well, more than garlic. Sprinkle of parsley flakes and tiny sprinkle of Italian herbs. After it comes out of oven it should be crisp and crunchy, place in a bowl and cover to allow bread to soften a bit but still be crisp.
