Garlic Thyme Mushrooms
100g unsalted butter
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
3 cloves garlic
340g button mushrooms, wiped and thinly sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the thyme and garlic and pinch of salt and pepper. Stir while the pan sizzles.
Add the mushrooms and sitr regularly until the mushrooms have softened and have started to brown.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
