Instant Mini Pizza

1 Tip Top sandwich thin, separated
1.5 tbs Leggo’s pizza garlic onion and herb tomato paste
1 good handful mozarella cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 190 degrees celsius (fan-forced).

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Place the sandwich thins on the baking paper and squeeze half of the tomato paste on each of the bread halves.

Sprinkle over the cheese.

Place the tray in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until golden.

Allow to cool for a few minutes then enjoy.
