Mashed Potato

5 russet or brushed potatoes, peeled and quartered

50g butter

100ml milk

1 tsp chicken stock powder

salt and pepper to taste

boil potatoes until tender, strain and return to the saucepan

add butter and stock and mash.

add milk and mash util smooth and fluffy.
