Vegan Green Goddess Dressing

Buy or find
Coriander, 1 bunch, roots removed, washed
Mint leaves, 1 bunch, washed
Dill leaves, 1/2 bush, washed
Basil leaves, 1 bunch, washed
Almond meal, 1/2 cup
Lime, 1, juiced
Garlic, 1 clove, peeled
Verjuice, a splash
Olive oil, 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

Do

Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. Add some water to loosen up if too stiff.

Dairy free vegan green goddess - 1 bunch coriander, 1/2 bunch dill, 1 bunch basil, 1 bunch mint not parsley. 1/2 cup ground almond. Juice of 1 lemon and 1/2 lime, splash verjuice, dash of extra virgin oil. Process and add water to get right consistency.
