Annie Smithers Fast Pancakes

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg

Combine and stir all ingredients and leave to sit, covered for 30 minutes.

Heat clarified butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add tbs of the batter to the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, flip and cook for another 2 minutes.

Serve with blueberries stewed in maple syrup, lemon and sugar or simply maple syrup.
