Apple Cider Vinegar Salad Dressing

1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbs dijon mustard
1 tbs honey
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake until well combined.
