Croissant with Jam and Camembert
2 large croissants
6-8 slices camembert cheese
apricot or strawberry jam
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celsius (fan-forced).
Slice the croissants in half.
Spread the desired amount of jam on each croissant.
Close the croissant halves and place the camembert over each croissant.
Place the croissants on a baking tray and bake for 5-10 minutes or until the camembert has just melted.
