LCM Bars

7 cups rice bubbles

50g butter, melted

200g mini marshmallow

place butter and marshmallow in a saucepan and heat until combined.

place rice bubbles in a large bowl.

spoon marshmallow mixture into the rice bubbles and stir until combined.

press the marshmallow rice bubble mixture into a greased lamington tin and allow to harden before cutting into bars.
