Lucia’s Ice Cream Mud Cake

6 tbs vanilla ice cream (or any flavour ice cream you wish)

3 tbs plain flour

1/2 tsp baking powder (maybe more not sure)

melt ice cream in a mug.

add the flour and baking powder to the mug.

stir to combine.

place in microwave for 90 seconds.

voila done.
