No Bake Nutella Brownies

300g hazelnuts, shelled and peeled
430g dates, pitted, medjool dates work best
1 cup cacao powder
1 tbs coconut oil

Blend the nuts in a food processor until ground.

Add the dates, 2 or 3 at a time until all have been added.

Add coconut oil.

Pulse.

If the machine gets stuck, pulse.

Add the cacao powder and pule until fully mixed in.

You should end up with a smooth homogeneous mixture.

Line a 20cm x 20cm pan with baking paper.

Press the brownie mixture into the pan and refrigerate.

Cut into squares once it it firm.

Try this with walnuts instead of hazelnuts. If you use walnuts, coconut oil is not needed.
