vegetable oil

90g jelly babies ett, cut into small pieces

75g mini marshmallows

250g milk chocolate

100 dark chocolate

35g butter

line a 20 x 20 cm baking tray with foil and brush with oil.

combine jelly babies and marshmallows in a bowl and mix to combine.

melt chocolate in the microwave, do this in 45 second bursts until the chocolate is melted. stir between bursts to prevent the chocolate from burning and don’t over heat.

pour the chocolate over the sweets and stir to combine.

pour mixture into baking tray and place in fridge to set.

once set, cut into pieces.
