Red onion, garlic, ginger - processed but not to mush, fry in oil, add solid amount of cumin and ground coriander, fry a little, add a can of chopped tomatoes, fry a little, add 1 cup lentils and fry a little, add water. Create coriander leaves, tiny bit of ginger, lime zest paste and mix in once lentils are cooked. Then add juice of one lime.
