Another Fast Napoli
Canned tomatoes, 1
Olive oil, 1 tbs
Brown onion, 1/2, finely diced
Dried basil leaves, 1 large pinch basil
Dried rosemary, 1 tiny tiny pinch
Garlic, 2 cloves, peeled
Fry onion in oil on medium heat until soft.
Add garlic cloves and fry for a minute or two.
Add tomatoes and herbs, simmer for 10-20 minutes on medium heat. Make sure sauce doesn’t stick to pan.
