Fast Bolognese

Fry onion, carrot and celery until collapsed. Add some diced capsicum.

Add beef and fry.

Add pasta, oregano and water.

Reduce sauce then add more passata and water. And some basil, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder. One at a time during the reduction process.

Serve with parmesan and chilli.

Works well with quorn.
