Scrambled egg muffin - make scrambled eggs with garlic and onion powder and chllli flakes. Spread avocado on base of muffin, then cheese slice. , butter top side with mustard and butter. Yum.

1 serve scrambled eggs, use 2 eggs and add garlic and onion powder and chilli flakes during the scrambling process.

Add a Swiss cheese slice.

Butter and mustard the top side of the muffin.

Close and eat.
