Izzy Divet Potatoes

Boil potatoes fully, quite large pieces of potato.

Once cooked, squash with a glass that has a diameter that is smaller than the diameter of potato creating a divet. While potato is boiling, mix oil, rosemary, salt, pepper and chilli into a paste. Smear paste into the rivets. Roast the potatoes at 200 for 10-15 minutes or until crisp.
