Broccoli with Garlic and Sesame
1 head of broccoli, washed and broken in to florets
1 tsp sesame seeds
sprinkle of kosher salt
1 garlic clove, crushed
olive oil
squeeze of lemon juice
Steam broccoli.
Add oil to frying pan and fry broccoli on high heat, add sesame seeds and cook until broccoli starts to brown or become charred. Add garlic and quickly stir fry for 30 seconds.
Sprinkle with salt and add lemon juice to taste.
