Ottolenghi Green Sauce

100g greek yoghurt
100g sour cream
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
2 tbs lemon juice
3 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
20g parsley leaves, chopped
30g coriander leaves, chopped

Blitz in the blender until smooth.

Serve with anything but in particular Leek Fritters.
