Roasted Chickpea Hummus

1 serve of za’atar roasted chickpeas, use less za’atar than recommended in the recipe, doing this works better when using it to make hummus
1/2 cup tahini
juice of 1 lemon
salt to taste
1 clove garlic, peeled
1/2 cup olive oil or more to taste

Combine all ingredients except the oil in the food processor. Process until smooth. Gradually pour in oil with the motor running. You may like to add more oil for a smoother consistency.

Try this with the juice of 1 and a half lemons for extra taste.
