Pasta Queen Zucchini Carbonara

Zucchini, 2, washed and sliced into discs
Olive oil
Egg yolks, 2
Kosher salt
Ground pepper
Pecorino romano
Pasta, spaghetti is very good

Sizzle zucchini in oil and salt. Fry until golden brown.

Combine egg and pecorino and stir.

Add zucchini and stir.

Add pasta and zucchini mix in the frying pan and a little pasta water. Add freshly ground black pepper.
