Chocolate Ganache
300g dark cooking chocolate
100g milk cooking chocolate
1 cup cream
place the cream in a saucepan and heat for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
add chocolate and turn down heat to low, stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted.
empty saucepan contents into an electic mixer and beat until the mixture has cooled and has become thick.
if you use less chocolate, the ganache will be more runny, if you use more, it will be less runny.
