Peanut Butter Baked Oats

1 banana, mashed
45g rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 tbs peanut butter
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
a handful of raspberries

Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius (fan-forced)

Combine all ingredients and stir to combine.

Bake in an ovenproof dish for 30 minutes.

Serve with yoghurt and a drizzle of honey and fresh mixed berries.
