Green Goddess Hummus

juice of 1 lemon

400g can chick peas

1 cup firmly packed herbs (parsley, coriander, mint, basil and dill work or any combination of these)

1 garlic clove

1/4 cup thick greek yoghurt

2 tbs tahini

1 tbs oil

combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

this works with bruschetta or lebanese bread chips.
