Pan Fried Beef Steak

4 thin beef fillet (ask butcher to thinly slice a beef fillet)
olive oil spray

Dry the beef on paper towels.

Heat a frying pan on high heat for 5 minutes.

Spray a small amount of olive oil spray on each side of the beef.

Place the beef in the frying pan and sear on both sides (3-4 minutes per side).

Remove from the heat and place on a plate and cover with foil for 3-5 minutes.

Try this served with roasted potatoes, thyme and pepper fried mushroom, maple broccoli and brussels sprouts and pampushki oil (1 tbs parsley leaves, chopped, 1 tbs dill leaves, chopped, 4 garlic cloves one crushed the the others chopped into large pieces, salt and pepper to taste). Brush the pampushki oil on the beef as soon as it comes out of the frying pan.
